William Williams sells his commercial office for $2.9 million
Will Williams, who owns the commercial office in downtown San Antonio, sold the space last week for a cool $2,934,000.
The office, which was renovated in 2013, has a commercial-grade kitchen with a large window tinted in a light gray.
It is one of three commercial office spaces in downtown Austin owned by Williams.
The other two spaces are located in downtown and in San Antonio.
Williams has said he is selling the commercial space for about $1.6 million.
The San Antonio Business Journal reported that the space is owned by William Williams Commercial Properties and he purchased it in February 2013.
It was originally valued at $2 million and has been on the market for about three years.
Williams, who was born in England and is a former England player, made his money as a basketball player and then as a broadcaster.
In 2015, he left the NBA to become the head of basketball operations for the National Basketball Players Association, which has notched back-to-back titles in 2016 and 2017.
